“I'm sober now. That's the most important thing. You know, everything falls into place when you're sober. I come from a normal family. I've repaired my relationship with them — I'd burned a lot of bridges. I'm gainfully employed today, and I'm paying my taxes. The Flynn Home gives every person the same opportunity — the opportunity of a lifetime. And you can't put a price on that.
Life's very good for me. It all comes back to this home right here. I've seen what it's done for me and for the other men. I have a real life now. I am a productive member of society. I can never repay the Flynn Home for giving me this chance to start over. But I'll never stop trying.
